Shipping policy
Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the next business day.
UK orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after being fulfilled.
EU orders take 3-5 business days to arrive after being fulfilled.
ROW/US orders take 5-7 business days to arrive after being fulfilled.
All Return/Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment Delivery Date.
Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.
Please email our partners at info@hashtagwarehouse.co.uk for any Returns or Exchanges BEFORE sending your order back to us. Please also include a note requesting a new size or refund for the item(s).
We ship globally. The majority or international orders (not UK) are received within 2 weeks of dispatch. Some international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, so please be patient.
We will collect VAT on EU orders under €150 at checkout and pass them onto the relevant government authorities so that you won't need to pay this upon delivery. If your order is above €150, no VAT will be collected and you will need to pay the fee directly to the post office.
If your shipping address is to the United States, you will not be charged any tax or duties unless your order is over $800.
If your shipping address is within the EU, you may be charged a duties fee. We will not be liable for these customs fees. Please contact your local post office or customs office for exact rates.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details on why, or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
Obsessed will not be held responsible for orders that get lost due to an incorrect address being input at checkout or for orders that are not collected from your local post office in the time frame given. Orders marked as undelivered will get returned to us, any cost included will be charged to the customer.
